The insurer administers the Customer Care Centre.
Under the Aon Personal Insurance arrangement, we do not charge
you any fee. The insurer remunerates us by way of commission
which is included in the premium payable for the product.

competitive price.
Aon Personal Insurance aims to make the arrangement by you
of your personal insurance as easy as possible so you reduce
the amount of time and energy spent dealing with your insurance.
All Aon Personal Insurance products (other than travel insurance)
give you a right to return the product within 21 days and
receive a full refund for any reason, provided you haven't
made a claim in that time. (See relevant Product Disclosure
Statement for each product for full details).

Aon Personal Insurance products;
- continually monitor the performance of the insurers
of Aon Personal Insurance products to ensure they continue
to provide quality claims services;

Other things you should know about the
Aon Personal Insurance arrangement
Aon is a member of:
- the National Insurance Brokers Association of Australia
(NIBA);
- the General Insurance Brokers' Code of Practice created
by NIBA;
- the Insurance Brokers Disputes Limited external dispute
resolution scheme. This is a free and independent external
scheme that clients can access to resolve disputes with
Aon that fall within the scheme's terms of reference.
All Aon Personal Insurance insurers are members
of:
- the General Insurance Code of Practice created by the
Insurance Council of Australia.
- the Insurance Ombudsman Service, a free and independent
external dispute resolution scheme which clients can access
in relation to any disputes with the insurer that fall
within the scheme's terms of reference.
